She has had a dynamic corporate career in senior employee engagement and communication roles in Australia and overseas and has a long-held passion for physical and emotional wellbeing. She now loves being able to integrate the two by working in the area of resilience.
In addition to facilitating and consulting, Alex is a coach and feels inspired by helping people overcome stress and achieve greater clarity and focus in their day-to-day lives.
Alex is a long-term yoga practitioner and qualified teacher with special interest in the therapeutic application of yoga and mindfulness practices to counter health challenges such as stress and anxiety.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Counseling.
