Lalit has over 25 years of experience in growing and transforming businesses. His expertise is strategic management, international marketing, business development and transformational design/implementation.
A Senior Consultant for The Resilience Institute, Lalit is also a co-founder and director at Ananta Universal, a Jakarta-based boutique Leadership Transformation and Consulting company. Lalit supports investment strategy and transformational design/implementation as an Operating Partner with an NY-based private equity investment firm and since 2015 has served as an affiliate for Aberkyn, a McKinsey and Co. owned leadership development firm. He previously headed the retail and apparel manufacturing divisions of a leading Indonesian Conglomerate. Lalit co-founded the ICF Jakarta Chapter with a vision to facilitate growth of professional coaching in Indonesia.
Lalit trained as Facilitator of Transformation with Gita Bellin and Associates and Corp Evolution. He is Certified in Ontological, Epistemological and Transformational Coaching as well as Cultural Transformation Tools from Barretts Value Center. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management.
Lalit is of Indian descent and has spent the last 25 years living in Jakarta with his wife Shalini. Their two sons are studying in the USA and share their passion for sustainable growth. Lalit enjoys Golf, movies and yoga.
