Manish is the Managing Partner with The Resilience Institute in South East Asia and is passionate about helping leaders build change capacity, resilience and resonance within organisations.
After successfully leading organisational change and development in Europe and Asia for 16 years with Fortune 500 companies, his aspirations to support individuals in challenged situations led him to pursue a career in training and coaching resilience. His strengths lie in developing change capacity, building resilient teams and inspiring leaders to action.
Now based in Singapore, Manish has trained thousands of corporate leaders in diverse organisations such as HSBC, Grab, Unilever, Danone, AXA, Nestle and Microsoft. He has spoken at various talent & engagement platforms in U.K, Singapore, Sri-Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Manish holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Management with additional post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development from Heriot-Watt University, UK. He is a Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Executive Coach (Ontological Coaching). He is also certified as NLP Master Practitioner and qualified in DiSC, Emotional Intelligence Trainer Certification and a member of the Asia Pacific Speakers (APSS) and International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
Manish is a UK citizen who grew up in India and is now a resident of Singapore. He is a strong believer of practices that help create momentum for growth and an avid meditation and yoga practitioner.
