The Challenge:

The premier leadership development program had a specific requirement to bring high potential leaders from around the world into a consistent process to enable them to become global client leaders.

The Engagement

130 participants engaged in an intensive three-day workshop in resilience and leadership. Supported by online modules and coaching, they continued the journey for three months. Key topics covered:

  1. Insight: building self awareness across the range of human experience from the death spiral to optimal performance
  2. Mastery: constructing a daily discipline to cultivate optimal wellbeing, emotional intelligence and mental strength
  3. Influence: learning to connect with advanced empathy, influence and flexible leadership styles

The Challenge:

A small technology team building innovative online solutions, under enormous delivery objectives, long hours and challenging disruptive launches. The CEO wanted to support the team to ensure they were well prepared as the business grows.

To support a leadership team and staff of 300 across several countries to better cope with change and pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.

Learned resilience positively influences the way people think about themselves (less worry, hypervigilance, self-criticism) and their physical well-being (better sleep, nutrition, fitness, relaxation).
