Our COVID-19 Resilience Training Program is delivered digitally via the Resilience App and live Webinar sessions.
This training program is designed to help individuals:

Program Structure
Our resilience programme is designed to help participants Bounce, Grow, Connect and Flow. This means that employees will recognise mental health risks, understand how to navigate challenges effectively, improve wellbeing, build strong connections, and learn how to reach their optimal performance state.
This program is modular and can be delivered in a single introductory webinar, or in multiple sessions, supported by the relevant video series in the Resilience App.

In addition to the resilience foundational content, we also offer Remote Worker Wellbeing and Mental Fitness for Leaders webinars. Deep dives into Stress Mastery, Emotional Intelligence, Sleep and Flow (plus many more) are available on-demand.
Optional remote working content
Our resilience programme is designed to help participants Bounce, Grow, Connect and Flow. This means that they are able to recognise mental health risks, learn how to navigate challenges effectively, develop a growth mindset, learn the importance of lifestyle factors, build strong connections, and stay focused.
Our specific training for remote working includes the following core components.

We are also able to offer manager-only webinar sessions exploring Mental Health for Leaders and to review the team Resilience App results. This provides insights and tools to lead more effectively, even when working remotely.
Group reporting
The Resilience Diagnostic provides a powerful 60-factor snapshot of your team, community or family’s resilience, mental health and wellbeing strengths and risks. Data can be segmented by region, department, seniority, age, gender and more.
