Resilience Institute serves as the sole Data Controller for the Resilience Assessment. Each participant completes the assessment independently, and individual responses remain strictly confidential. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) with any third parties. When providing insights to organizations, we deliver only fully anonymized, aggregated data to safeguard employee privacy.
Data Retention & Deletion
To minimize risk and ensure compliance, we adhere to a strict data retention policy. Any PII collected through our assessments is securely deleted at the end of the engagement, unless legally required to retain it for a specific period.
Privacy & Compliance
- We are ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining a robust information security management system.
- We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and apply its principles to all data processing activities.

Anonymized Data & Benchmarking
We may use fully anonymized, aggregated data for internal research and benchmarking to enhance the effectiveness of our programs. However, no identifiable information is ever shared or sold beyond the scope of authorized reporting.
