How does pricing and access work?
The Resilience Trainer Certification includes:
a one-time certification fee, and Ongoing Access only if you operate externally
Certification fee (paid once):
€2,995 per participant
€1,995 for certified Resilience Coaches
This applies to everyone.
Ongoing Access:
Internal use: No ongoing payment
External use: From €229/month (up to €250/month depending on payment option)
For a limited time:
Certifications purchased by 29 April 2026 include 12 months with no Ongoing Access fee
What does the certification entry fee include
The one-time entry fee includes: access to the full Resilience Trainer Certification course all learning content and resources the official trainer slide deck and workbook the final certification presentation and review
Once certified, you are recognised as a Certified Resilience Trainer.
Why is there Ongoing Access fee for some professionals?
Ongoing Access applies only to professionals operating externally — those delivering trainings or assessments independently, or working with external clients or organizations.
This Ongoing Access provides significant value and includes:
Continued access to the Resilience Institute platform Resilio.
Updated training materials and research
75 Resilience Assessments per year, included at no additional cost
These assessments can be used with clients and charged for as part of your services, allowing many professionals to fully cover the cost of ongoing access through their work.
Organizations using the certification internally do not require ongoing access.
When does the Ongoing Access start?
If you purchase certification by 29 April 2026:
The first 12 months have no Ongoing Access fee. After this period, you start paying an ongoing access fee from €230/month.
If you purchase certification after 29 April 2026:
The first payment is due 6 months after your certification purchase.
This gives you time to complete the training and begin using the tools.
Can I end the Ongoing Access?
Yes, after a minimum 12-month commitment.
After this period, Ongoing Access can be ended with 3 months’ written notice.
If you end Ongoing Access:
You may no longer deliver training under the Resilience Institute name
You lose authorization to use the Resilience Institute methodology, materials, and assessments
You no longer have access to the platform, assessments, or updated materials
Ongoing Access cannot be paused.
Is there a minimum Ongoing Access period?
Yes. For External use, a minimum 12-month applies, starting 6 months after certification.
What am I licensed to do after certification?
Certified Resilience Trainers are authorized to use the Resilience Institute methodology, assessment, and training materials when delivering resilience workshops and programs.
Internal use: Within your own organization
External use: With external clients or organizations (requires ongoing access)
Can I certify others?
No. This certification enables you to deliver resilience training, not to certify other trainers or coaches.
What is the difference between a Resilience Trainer and a Resilience Consultant?
Resilience Trainers deliver training using approved materials and tools. Resilience Consultants are part of the global consulting team and operate under a different commercial and operational model.
How much time does the course require?
The course is self-paced and includes approximately 20-25 hours of learning, assignments, and integration activities, as well as preparation for the final presentation.
