Become a Certified Resilience Trainer

Build resilient teams. Deliver impactful workshops. Strengthen organizations.
Why Does Resilience Matter in Organizations?
Resilience influences cognitive clarity, emotional regulation, energy stability, and decision quality. These factors directly shape leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and execution.
Under sustained pressure, recovery declines, attention narrows, and performance becomes unstable.
When resilience is developed systematically — supported by assessment and structured practice — organizations achieve stronger recovery, clearer decision-making, and more consistent performance across teams.
Resilience training is therefore a strategic performance investment.

What is recertification?
Recertification keeps your certification, and your skills, current. Our assessment, methodology, and research are continuously updated, and recertification ensures that everyone carrying the Resilience Trainer certification stays up to date. For active trainers, it happens automatically at no cost.
When does recertification start?
The first recertification point is 24 months after your certification date. From then, your certification is reviewed every two years based on your assessment activity over that period.

The course is self-paced and includes approximately 20-25 hours of learning, assignments, and integration activities, as well as preparation for the final presentation.
