Frequently asked questions.
What does the certification fee include?
The certification fee of €995 includes access to the full Resilience Coach Certification course, all learning content and resources, the final assessment, and the 1:1 certification call. Once certified, you are recognised as a Certified Resilience Coach. The Resilience Assessment is purchased separately — as a certified coach, you buy assessments directly on our platform at a discounted network rate.
What am I licensed to do after certification?
Certified Resilience Coaches are authorised to use the Resilience Institute methodology and assessment in their coaching practice, with both individual clients and teams.
How can I use the certification in my organisation?
HR and L&D professionals, leaders and internal champions use it to measure and support resilience across their teams. You invite colleagues to the Resilience Assessment, coach individuals on their personal reports, or run group debriefs with team reports and the interactive leader dashboard. The assessment can be taken repeatedly, so that you can identify risks early on and show progress over time.
Why are coaches becoming certified?
Certification lets coaches work from data rather than guesswork. The Resilience Assessment gives a validated, 50-factor picture of a client's or team's well-being, so coaching can be targeted and progress measured — which makes return on investment visible to clients and sponsors. Certified coaches also earn ICF and SHRM credits, buy assessments at network pricing, and join a global community of practitioners.
How does the certification help organisations and teams through change?
Restructures, new strategies and transformation programmes put pressure on clarity, emotional regulation, energy and decision-making. The Resilience Assessment shows where people stand under that pressure. As a Certified Resilience Coach, you use the results to spot burnout risk early, coach individuals and teams through the transition, and measure how they adapt over time. Building resilience skills is what makes people fit for change.
Does it replace the tools I already use?
No. The Resilience Institute model works alongside tools such as StrengthsFinder, DISC and MBTI, adding a measure of resilience and well-being to the coaching you already offer.
