What does the certification fee include?
The certification fee of €2,995 (or €1,995 for Certified Resilience Coaches) includes access to the full Resilience Trainer course, all learning content and resources, the official trainer slide decks and workbook, and the final certification presentation and review. Once certified, you are recognised as a Certified Resilience Trainer. The Resilience Assessment is purchased separately — as a certified trainer, you buy assessments directly on our platform at a discounted network rate.
What am I licensed to do after certification?
Certified Resilience Trainers are authorised to use the Resilience Institute methodology, assessment and training materials when delivering resilience workshops and programmes — internally within your own organisation, or externally with clients.
How can I use the certification in my organisation?
You can design and deliver resilience programmes for your own people using the trainer slide deck, workbook and Resilio platform. Running the Resilience Assessment before and after a programme measures its impact, which lets you track resilience as a KPI. Because the pathway includes the full coach certification, you can also coach individuals and teams on their assessment results.
