Travel Resilience: How to Protect Your Energy and Performance Across Time Zones

November 18 @ 11:00 pm 11:40 pm

Every journey across time zones places your body under physiological stress. Sleep is disrupted, energy falls, focus declines and decision-making suffers. Travel resilience is the ability to anticipate these challenges, adapt effectively, and maintain your wellbeing and performance before, during and after travel.

This session, hosted by Deborah McTaggart, Consultant at Resilience Institute and Holistic Nutritionist, shares evidence-based strategies to help you protect your energy and focus and recovery more effectively. The strategies are practical and science-backed, and apply whether you are travelling for work or simply want to feel better on your next trip.

In 30 minutes, you will walk away with techniques you can apply on your very next trip.

What you will learn:

  • How jet lag affects your energy, focus and decision-making, and why it is more than just tiredness
  • What to do before you travel to arrive in better shape
  • How to manage energy and recovery during the trip itself
  • How to use light, food and movement to adapt more effectively to your new time zone

Travel resilience isn’t about mitigating jet lag. It’s about building the habits that help you adapt to travel while protecting your energy, health and performance.

30 minutes session + 10 minutes Q&A

Sign up even if you can’t make it live, the recording will be sent to everyone who registers.
